“We want more,” cried the judges after a shot of Under Milk Wood, a single-estate espresso sourced from small-holder producers. The coffee is a hand-roasted and post-blended in West Yorkshire by Dark Woods, rendering a drink with sharp fruit and dark chocolate notes on the palate and no bitterness in the aftertaste.
