Sugar Pit Beef Brisket – HANNAN MEATS

As far as the judges were concerned, Hannan Meats has “smashed it out of the park” with this brisket, which is dry cured, then sweetened in a sugar pit for 10 days. Describing the meat as “silky, sweet and melt in the mouth”, the panel couldn’t get enough.
