Shropshire Blue – COLSTON BASSETT DAIRY

This traditional creamy blue is made from pasteurised cows’ milk and has a distinctive orange body and a milder flavour than Stilton, for which Colston Bassett is best known. Each cheese is matured for 6-8 weeks to make a product that judges thought was “divine”.
