Thursday Cottage National Trust Passionfruit Curd

This curd is cooked in small batches using free-range eggs, and the end result is “beautiful colour, luxurious texture and rich flavour”. Describing it as “intense but not overpowering”, the judges couldn’t get enough of this buttery and more-ish preserve.
