Medium dry cider – STONEWELL CIDER

This is the second of two ciders in the Top 50 from County Cork’s Stonewell. It is produced using a blend of Dabinett, Michelin, Elstar, Jonagored and Falstaff apples, which are all sorted manually, milled, pressed and fermented separately.
Judges called it “light, refreshing, well balanced and delicious.”
