Martins Meats Longhorn Topside

This “sensational” Longhorn Topside is dry-aged in a salt chamber for 30 days and the end result is “melt in the mouth texture”, tenderness and “astounding flavour” in both the meat and the fat. Unable to find fault, the judge agreed that this joint would make any meal a special occasion.
