Womersley has made this outstanding vinegar by hand using fresh Scottish golden raspberries and British apache chillies. Judges enjoyed the beautiful balance of fruit sweetness, vinegar acidity and the building warmth from the chillies. “A marvellous and complex vinegar,” they said. “An innovative product that works really well.”
