After last year’s Top 50 triumph with her Capra Nouveau, goats’ cheese specialist Sarah Hampton has made the list this year with her semi-hard rind-washed Dutch Mistress. As with all of her cheese, it is made with the milk from Brock Hall’s own herd of pedigree, free-range Pure Saanen goats. Judges said: “Nice creamy texture with great grassy notes and a pleasing acidic tang with a long lingering finish.”
