This “moreish” jam is made from coconuts and nothing else, so it an ideal natural alternative for spreading on bread, or adding to cereals and desserts. It got a big thumbs up from the judges, who enjoyed its deep treacly and date-like qualities, not to mention a “screamingly fresh coconut hit”.
