Great Taste judges did indeed swoon over this superb chocolate sorbetto, produced by churning 85% extra bitter chocolate with water and natural sugars to produce a “rich, complex and intense” dessert. Dubbed the “perfect encapsulation of chocolate”, it has the fudgy creaminess of ice cream – despite no dairy content – and the freshness of a sorbet.
